Welcome!!!
The Gospel is not seeker sensitive. The Gospel is about the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It’s about the cross, the grave, and Christ’s body and blood. When Jesus told his own followers they must eat his flesh and drink his blood, even they said his teaching was too hard. If we remove everything from our churches that could possibly offend someone, we find there is nothing left; including Jesus.
Quote By: Clark Bunch
The Gospel is an offense. If you take the offense out of the Gospel, you also remove the saving power of the Gospel.
Quote By: Dave Miller
In a nutshell; a Gospel that is not offensive, is not a Gospel at all. But remember this, if GOD has chosen you to turn over some tables, please do it in love!

For you were formerly darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light. Ephesians 5:8
The speed of light in a vacuum is 186,282 miles per second, and in theory nothing can travel faster than light. In miles per hour light speed is; 670,616,629 mph. If you could travel at the speed of light, you could go around the Earth 7.5 times in one second.
Darkness on the other hand is the absence of light, which means that the moment light leaves, darkness returns. In this same respect, darkness has the same speed as light.
As Christians, it is imperative that our light never goes out. There may be times when our light begins to flicker, indicating that there is a lack of power, or maybe even a shortage; but just like in the natural, this is an indication that our light bulb needs to be changed, which in essence means we need to make some changes in our lives. The Holy Ghost is our source of power, and if we are not plugged into this power source at all times, our light bulb will begin to flicker, and eventually go out.
The only way to maintain a never ending source of power is thru studying the Word of GOD; Prayer; and service unto GOD. When was the last time you were connected to GOD for a steady flow of His power, and anointing?
Scripture tells us in 2 Timothy 2:15 to; Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. All too often we as Christians read the Word of God, but we never take the time to study it, as Scripture tells us to do. And sometimes we even learn it so that we can show off to others. But the Scripture clearly tells us to do it so that we will be approved unto GOD. So let's take some time to not only read it, but study it, meditate on it, then apply it to our lives, so that we can all live a life that it pleasing to GOD!
Yourself Approved Unto GOD
For as long as I have been a Christian, I have heard a number of saints quote this statement, and the majority of them believe that this statement is Scriptural. So after some research, I have discovered that this statement does not appear in the Bible. The quote is based on 1 Cor 10:13 which promises us that we will not be "tempted beyond what you can bear." "This means GOD will not allow Satan to bring temptation, or enticement to sin into our life that is too much for us to say no to it. When we are tempted to sin, GOD will make a way for us to resist it. That is because He wants us to live holy, just as Christ who has called us, is Holy." When I think about what Job and many other people of the Bible went thru, I recognize that GOD allowed them to endure more trials and more pressure than His children could bear. So instead of quoting this erroneous Bible verse, I can remind myself what it says in 2 Corinthians 12:9: "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

Crossing Guards are responsible for helping people cross from one destination to another safely. As members of the Body of Christ, GOD has commissioned us to be "Spiritual Crossing Guards", and our job is to direct people back to the cross, by leading them to a place where there is safety, protection, and salvation. The cross is too strong to overlook. Many people have deleted the cross, but GOD is raising up an army [a remnant], to go into the recycle bin and restore the cross back to its rightful place. For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of GOD. (1 Cor 1:18 NIV)
